Effective from 21 October 2026

These terms apply to the website swipeandwear.cz and the Swipe&Wear mobile app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What Swipe&Wear is

Swipe&Wear helps you discover clothes from Czech online shops: you see one item at a time and swipe to skip it, save it to favourites or put it in your cart. The Service is free to use and doesn't require an account.

We are not a shop. We don't sell anything, take payments or deliver goods. When you tap “Buy in shop”, you go to the shop's own website. Any purchase is a contract between you and that shop, under the shop's terms — the shop is responsible for the product, price, delivery, returns, complaints and warranty. The “cart” in Swipe&Wear is just a list to help you decide; it doesn't place an order.

Product information

Product names, photos, prices, sizes and availability come from the shops (through affiliate networks) and are updated regularly, but they can change or be out of date. The information on the shop's website at the time of purchase is what counts. Product photos and descriptions belong to the shops or brands.

Affiliate links

Links to shops are affiliate links: if you buy something, the shop may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. More in our Affiliate disclosure.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the Service — for example, don't try to disrupt it, break its security, copy its content or data in bulk (scraping) or use it to break the law.

Our content

The Swipe&Wear name, logo, design and texts belong to us. You may not use them in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the Service running and accurate, but we provide it free of charge and “as is”: it may sometimes be unavailable, and we can change or stop features. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for purchases you make in shops, for the shops' products and services, or for inaccurate product information supplied by shops. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its effective date. These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Questions? Write to info@swipeandwear.cz.
